Pasado un rato, me llegó un mail confirmándome que el pedido se enviaría un mes más tarde de la fecha que escogí previamente en la web.
A partir de ahí decidí cancelar la suscripción y solicitar mi reembolso correspondiente. A partir de aquí me he encontrado con la situación de que hay tres vías de comunicación con vuestra empresa y ninguno funciona. Ni el teléfono, ni el Whatsapp ni la vía mail.
