Cancelación de vuelo

se canceló el vuelo reserva KPN2ST del dia 27/08/2024 (hace mas de un año que reclamo ante RYANAIR) y AESA se expidió en mi favor para que me devuelvan el valor del ticket mas la compensación de 400 Euros. Luego de que AESA sancione a la empresa, y la intime a pagarme, aun no lo ha hecho. Adjunto resolución AESA. Los 400 euros de compensación nunca fueron abonados. Es una vil mentira. Con lo cual los intimo a que lo hagan junto con el valor del ticket. Me dejaron varado en Madrid sin información, ni opciones de vuelos. Levo varias semanas intimando al señor Badilla Fonseca, y se niega a abonarme. Federico Grotzer Ciudadano español
