Cambio de tarifa Netflix

Sin yo solicitarlo ni mediar consentimiento explícito por mi parte, netflix ha cambiado mi plan del básico (7,99 euros/mes) al estándar (12,99 euros/mes). Me he puesto en contacto con la compañía y no me han dado solución, pues alegan que el plan básico ya no está disponible para nuevas contrataciones. Pero el caso es que yo ya estaba en ese plan, y mi llamada ocurrió menos de 24 horas después del cambio de plan (unilateral y sin mi consentimiento). Solicito se me permita volver a mi plan habitual (básico) pues yo nunca tuve intención de cambiarme.
