Cambio de reserva por vuelo contrario

Estimados,El 18.08.2024 teníamos 4 vuelos comprados Valencia-Sevilla a las 15.10h sin embargo, la compañía ryanair cancela el vuelo y ofrece realizar un cambio de billete. Asimismo, el cambio de billete ofrecido se realiza para vuelo a las 21.00h pero que la compañía no especificó que era Sevilla-Valencia en vez de Valencia-Sevilla con lo que el cambio de billete carece de valor para los usuarios siendo necesario que estos compren otros billetes Valencia-Sevilla con el operador VuelingAsí pues, la reclamación estriba en la devolución del precio del vuelo Valencia-Sevilla ya que el cambio ofrecido por Ryanair no corresponde a dicho trayecto sino al inverso, con lo que carece de valor para el usuarioPablo
