Cambio de Plan Netflix sin autorización

Hola, Me ha llegado un correo de Netflix conforme se ha actualizado mi plan de Basico a Estandar con anuncios. Este cambio NO HA SIDO SOLICITADO POR MI EN NINGUN MOMENTO. No hay manera de revertir el cambio, según el servicio técnico, porque el plan básico no está ya disponible. No tengo intención de cambiar mi tarifa, quiero recuperar la tarifa Básica.
