Estimado Sr/Sra,
Le escribimos en relacion a su reciente correspondencia relativa a MARIA DIAZ LOPEZ +2.
En nombre de Ryanair, lamentamos enormemente el cambio de horario del vuelo FR2271 SCQ-VLC del pasado 13 de julio del 2024.
Queremos informarles que, tal y como se muestran en nuestros registros. todos los pasajeros que sufriendo el cambio de horario, fueron notificados a las direcciones de correo correspondientes facilitadas a la hora de realizar la reserva.
En este caso, le confirmamos que el cliente recibio la notificacion el 26 de marzo del 2024 a las 18:01 h. Por favor, encuentren a continuacion y adjunto una copia de dichas notificaciones. En esa correspondencia, además, se detallaban las alternativas disponibles y los enlaces para aceptar o modificar su viaje de forma gratuita. Los reclamantes finalmente eligieron aceptar el cambio de itinerario.
Asi mismo, el 15 de mayo del 2024, se les envio a la misma direccion un recordatorio. Encuentren adjunta tambien una copia.
De manera que, al haberse notificado a los pasajeros el cambio de itinerario con un plazo mayor de 14 días de antelación, lamentamos informar que no corresponde la compensación recogida en el Reglamento EU 261/2004.
Esperamos que la información anterior haya aclarado la situación.
