En relación con su petición de cambio de fecha de vuelo, nos gustaría informarle de que este servicio es prestado por un tercero, no por Ryanair, en este caso Edreams.
Cuando los servicios de cualquier tercero que ofrezca una prestación de servicios, esos servicios estarán a cargo de los terceros y se aplicarán los términos y condiciones de dichos terceros.
Siempre aconsejamos la compra de nuestros billetes en la pagina oficial de ryanair, por lo que no somos responsables de la incidencia que puedan existir con terceros.
Para cambiar la fecha de su vuelo tiene que seguir los siguientes pasos que le indicamos a continuacion.
Inicia sesión en tu cuenta myRyanair. Selecciona “Gestionar esta reserva” en la reserva que quieras cambiar. Selecciona la opción “Cambiar tu vuelo” y elige el vuelo que deseas cambiar. Indica los detalles (fecha, hora o ruta) de los nuevos vuelos por los que quieres cambiar los vuelos originales.
