Booking no me entrega factura de vuelo

Llevo mucho tiempo contratando vuelos desde booking. Siempre solicitaba la factura a través de su chat (como indican ellos que hay que hacer) y conseguía rápidamente la misma. Sin embargo llevo semanas intentando que me den la factura de un vuelo de casi 1.000€ y nada. Lo cual me va a generar un problema con la Agencia Tributaria española. Segun ellos están muy ocupados con el tema de los conflictos internacionales y lo puedo entender, pero lo que no es comprensible es que algo tan legal e importante como la emision de facturas se deje sin hacer y nos dejen colgados a los clientes. 31-03-2026.

Hi, This is not an invoice. It is disgusting trying to get a simple invoice. May be Booking.com does not know difference between involice and order confirmation. it is pretty obvious. Invoice has the word Invoice on it. Has price and taxes clearly separted, company sender and company/user receiver with TAX ID... Should not be that difficult.
