Banned for no reason

Hello, I have made a hoja de reclamos against vinted because they banned me for having a counterfeit item however I dont have anything counterfeit, I have given them all the proof in the world (photos, bank statments and matching receipts) they refuse to unban me and they refuse to let a human talk, only ever receive AI bot messages back. Do the decent thing this is public, look at the evidence I have provided and you can see the item is genuine. Do the right thing and stop making your name look bad publicly, because I wont give up.
