Amenaza de pagar o no embarcar

Hola, me ponía en contacto con vosotros ya que hace 10 días volé con Ryanair y considero aplicaron una práctica muy abusiva contra mí. Llevaba una mochila que cumplía perfectamente con las medidas, un pequeño bolso de mano únicamente con un libro y mi pasaporte, y una bolsa de dutyfree con productos que compré en el aeropuerto. Pues bien, en el momento del embarque una de las trabajadoras de Ryanair me hizo poner mi mochila en el medidor. Después de ver que mi mochila cabía al sacar una chaqueta de dentro de ella, comenzó a decirme que debía pagar por mi pequeño bolso de mano (casi todas las mujeres en el mismo vuelo llevaban uno). Al decirle que mi bolso únicamente contenía un libro y mi pasaporte, ella siguió diciéndome que da igual y que, cito textualmente: 'una bolsa es una bolsa'. Tras esto, comenzó a amenazarme con no embarcar, diciéndome que si no pagaba antes de que la fila de embarque acabara me quedaría en tierra ya que ellos no esperan por nadie. Al final tuve que pagar ya que temía no poder subir al avión y no llegar a mi destino a tiempo. Ahora estoy en busca de un reembolso de los 60€ que pagué en la puerta de embarque y también quería poner una queja formal a la trabajadora de Ryanair en particular ya que considero utilizó técnicas de coacción y amenazas para hacerme pagar por un diminuto bolso de mano. ¿Cómo podría hacerlo? Cada pasajero puede llevar una pieza pequeña de equipaje de mano de hasta 40 x20x25 cm. Si se adquiere Prioridad 2 Piezas de Equipaje de Mano, ya incluidos en las tarifas Regular y Flexi Plus (o tarifa Plus adquirida antes del día 11 diciembre 2019), se puede llevar a bordo una pieza de equipaje de cabina pequeña y una grande (con un peso de hasta 10kg con dimensiones máximas de 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm), a menos que por razones operativas nos veamos obligados a colocar la pieza grande de equipaje de cabina en la bodega.
