To whon it may concern,
I am writing to express my dissapointmet with this company. A few months ago, I started a suscription for a price of 24.19 Euros per month. They do not state in a clear manner that this is an annual suscription and that if you cancel before the year they will charge you a fee. This is an abusive clause.
Not only does Adobe operate in Ireland to pay no taxes, but they also scam their clients to increase their profits. This is absolutely unacepptable.
I would like to request the cancelation of my suscription inmediately without getting charged with that cancellation fee or any extra cost.
