ABONO EXTRA ABUSIVO

Hola, el día 8 de octubre viaje con ryanair donde abusivamente me cobraron 46 euros por llevar una riñonera, que es un simple bolso de escasas dimensiones que se suele utilizar para llevar la cartera, móvil etc.Este cobro resulta abusivo sin precedente, por lo que reclamo el reembolso integro, Ya hay varias sentencias que condenan este procedimiento por que lo que sabemos que esto no es legal, sino que se trata de un robo .Acogiendome a la normativa legal según la sentencia de 787/ 2022 este procedimiento es completamente abusivo.

Por lo mismo , realizo esta reclamación , se trata de un COBRO ABUSIVO. Yo no lleve ninguna maleta con esas dimensiones y se me cobro ABUSIVAMENTE 46 EUROS. No tiene ningún sentido que me cobren por llevar una RIÑONERA con dimensiones 13x21x6 . Adjunto fotografía y además he vuelto a volar con ryanair hace 2 semanas después de este cobro abusivo con esta misma riñonera , y NO se realizó este cobro abusivo. Por lo tanto fue un cobro abusivo y puntual porque siempre he llevado un bolso auxiliar como cualquier pasajero donde lleva el móvil, la billetera y NADA MAS , repito de dimensiones de 13x21x6. Tengo el numero de empleado quien me hizo este cobro abusivo fue :247489 . Exijo una vez más que se me realice el reembolso total, si no llevaré esta reclamación hasta las últimas consecuencias. Tengo un viaje nuevamente con ryanair a Pars 9 de diciembre, y volveré a llevar mi riñonera, demostrandonos que nunca antes se me hizo ese cobro abusivo . Así que entendería que fue un mal dia para la empleada, que fue un error y aceptar vuestras disculpas y el reembolso íntegro por su puesto. Pero no voy a dejar que me roben 46 euros por que no infringí ninguna de vuestras normativas.
