Nos remitimos a su correspondencia relativa a Patricia Gonzalez Rial.
Tras revisar el caso, confirmamos que el pasajero pudo embarcar y voló en ambos trayectos correspondientes a la reserva A3ZZGQ: FR3042 SCQ-SVQ y FR1320 SVQ-SCQ operados por Ryanair.
En consecuencia, Ryanair no ha cobrado ningún importe por desbloquear el vuelo, ni ha recibido el importe de 75,40 € por pasajero mencionado en su reclamación. Cualquier cargo relacionado con servicios adicionales de verificación debe ser gestionado directamente con la agencia a través de la cual se realizó la reserva.
