Dear Sirs,I have stayed in the hotel The NIU Hide in Berlin last November from 11/11/2022 to 13/11/2022.I checked my VISA card cargo and you made me a cargo for same amount in two different hotels, The Niu Hide and The Niu Dwarf for same dates and same amountWhen I saw it I send several emails in November and December 2022 to the hotel, but I never have received any answer.I attach the first one made in November:Dear Sirs,I stayed in you hotel from 11/11/2022 to 13/11/2022.I made the payment in advance by your website as you can check in the email above but once I arrived to the hotel the reception man made me pay again, because he said that it was only a reservation, but I have checked my credit card movements and the same payment of 224,53 € is made twice.I attche you the bank slip of the movements.Please, could you check it and make one back?Thank youBest Regards
