Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Eva Carrasco González, and I am writing to you regarding the refund of a €1200 deposit related to a vehicle rental, which was returned on July 11th. I have been in contact with your company for the past three days, requesting clarification and the return of the aforementioned deposit. However, to date, I have not received a clear response or confirmation that the refund has been processed. This situation is unacceptable, as I have fulfilled all the terms of the rental and vehicle return, and I expected the deposit to be refunded without delay. Therefore, I demand that you provide me with a receipt confirming the refund today. If I do not receive a satisfactory response by the end of the day, I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint with the European Anti-Fraud Office and take the necessary legal actions to resolve this matter.
