Unauthorized Charge

Hello customer care, I am disputing the unauthorized charge of €49.99 made to my credit card on August 2nd. I only authorized a one-time verification charge of €0.01 on August 1st. At no point did I knowingly agree to or intend to purchase a subscription for €49.99 every 28 days. Please cancel any subscription associated with my account immediately and issue a full refund of the €49.99 charge. If you believe I consented to this subscription, please provide clear evidence of my explicit authorization. If I do not receive confirmation of the cancellation and refund promptly, I will dispute the transaction with my credit card issuer. Kind regards, Camilla Brenchley
