Nos referimos a su correspondencia en nombre del Sr. Juan Abascal, relativa a la reserva X37RWG del vuelo FR348 de MAD-STN para el 9 de abril de 2026.
Le informamos que, si bien comprendemos la situación del pasajero, los billetes, incluyendo las tasas aeroportuarias de Ryanair no son reembolsables. Esto se indica claramente en nuestros Términos y Condiciones, aceptados al momento de la compra, y que en este caso se aplica la norma general del Artículo 10.
En concreto, de conformidad con el Artículo 10.1 de nuestras Condiciones Generales de Transporte, que el pasajero aceptó al comprar el billete, nuestros billetes no son reembolsables.
Los cambios en las fechas, rutas, horarios y nombres de los pasajeros pueden realizarse en línea o contactando con nuestro Departamento de Atención al Cliente antes de la fecha de viaje inicial. Tal como se indica en nuestros Términos y Condiciones.
Confirmamos que el vuelo FR348 de MAD a STN del 9 de abril de 2026 operó según lo programado y el pasajero no se presentó.
