El día 30 de enero intenté realizar una reserva de hotel para una noche en Valencia a través de la página web. El primer intento de reserva fue denegado y no se confirmó, por lo que realicé un segundo intento, el cual sí fue confirmado correctamente. Sin embargo, se me han cobrado ambas transacciones, incluida la reserva que fue denegada y por la cual no se prestó ningún servicio. Ya he contactado con el servicio de atención al cliente, pero mi solicitud de reembolso ha sido rechazada. Dado que la primera reserva no se completó y no se recibió ningún servicio, este cargo resulta indebido. Por la presente, solicito formalmente la devolución íntegra del importe correspondiente a la reserva denegada. Adjunto la documentación justificativa (registros de pago , comunicaciones de las reservas y de las reclamaciones con la empresa)

I have sent you your mail denying the booking twice ,and both transantions charged from the bank , so I regret having to express my strong dissatisfaction with how this case has been handled. Maintaining a charge for a reservation that was clearly denied and for which no service was provided constitutes, in my view, a completely unfair practice and is contrary to basic consumer protection standards. From my perspective, this situation is very concerning and reflects a lack of transparency and professional conduct, as you are retaining an amount that does not correspond to any service received. Therefore, I once again request that you review this case and proceed with the immediate refund of the improperly charged amount. Otherwise, I will be forced to continue with formal complaints through the relevant consumer protection authorities. I trust that you will resolve this matter promptly and professionally.

hello I have already sent the information you are requiring. The booking didn't go throught so I don't have the numbers you require. It seems as you haven't read my complaint at all. I don't know what you mean now , the bank charged me for the booking cancelled this is what I am complaining about. I have attached the bank transtaction 3 times already.Neverthless I will attach them again in case you haven't had the chance to see them. I think you are teasing me politely. I won't close the complaint until you give me a refund of my money. Therefore I will ask for a chargeback to my bank.
