Solicitud de abono de importe por no entregar el pedido

He intentado ponerme en contacto con la empresa en varias ocasiones vía email y telefónicamente sin éxito alguno. Solicito la devolución de 185€ del importe del pedido realizado ya que la empresa Mercapool ES no ha servido dicho pedido y ya ha pasado el plazo de entrega estipulado.
