Nos referimos a la reclamación en nombre de Cristina Gonzalez Serrano.
Para evaluar su reclamación, necesitamos una copia del Informe de Irregularidad de Equipaje (PIR). Este informe se completa en el mostrador de reclamaciones de equipaje en la sala de llegadas por el personal del aeropuerto cuando se reporta equipaje dañado o perdido.
Sin el PIR mencionado, no estamos en posición de evaluar su reclamación.
Esperamos que lo anterior haya aclarado el asunto.
