Romulus Von Stezelberger has scammed me

On February 19, 2020, I placed an order with Romulus Von Stezelberger, manager of South Paradiso Leather, a well-known brand of leather jackets and belts in the USA, and paid him $2,200 for a custom-made black leather Six Gun jacket. On February 5, 2021, I commissioned and paid $175.00 for another item: a black studded belt with an antique gold buckle. From then until today, April 9, 2026, he has ignored me, not responding to my messages, not refunding my money, and I have received neither the jacket nor the belt. I have been very patient and considered him a professional, but he has proven not to be and has defrauded me. I want a full refund of $2,375.
