Le informamos de que, tras revisar esta reclamación, hemos llegado a la conclusión de que deseamos resolverla mediante acuerdo.
Confirmamos que Ryanair ha autorizado una transferencia bancaria por la suma de 400 EUR, en concepto de liquidación total y definitiva de esta reclamación conforme al Reglamento EU261.
