Escribimos referente a la reclamación del pasajero Maria Pilar Henche Juan.
Queremos notificarle que el pasajero adquirio otro vuelo alternativo cuando el vuelo original con Ryanair llego a su destino final antes que el vuelo alternativo, por lo que le informamos que el pasajero no tendria derecho a reembolso.
Sobre el vuelo de Ryanair, número de booking E6YYQN, queremos que el reembolso fue procesado el día 24 de julio de 2026 a su método de pago usado.
Esperamos haber sido de ayuda y lamentamos las molestias ocasionadas.
