Dear flydubai Customer Support,
I am contacting you regarding my booking reference P1GA4G.
My original flight scheduled for 9 April 2026 was cancelled by flydubai. I have now been notified that the flight has been automatically rebooked on a different schedule that departs approximately 7 hours later than the original flight.
Unfortunately, this new schedule is not acceptable for my travel plans. As the cancellation and subsequent schedule change were initiated by the airline, I would like to formally decline the rebooked flight.
Therefore, I kindly request:
- A full refund of the ticket price to the original form of payment used for the booking.
- Confirmation that the refund will be processed without any fees or deductions.
I do not wish to receive a voucher or travel credit. I am specifically requesting a refund to the original payment method.
Please confirm the refund process and the expected timeframe for the reimbursement.
