The 13 Mar 2026 I booked and paid a fly from Milan Bergamo to Madrid on June 1, but the system stopped the transactaction for time, and I didn't receive the email of confirmation., of the Priority Reserve,for two passengers.
For this reason I reserve through Kiwi.com agent,that you accepted, another Priority reservation K2B8YG, for the same flight and day, duplicating the payment too.

Talking to your Chat Support they said to me that you can't cancel the reserve WQ7QHB, an I had to cancel K2B8YG.
KIWI.COM said that they can't cancelled it because you don't sent the money to them.
Finally I flight with WQ7QHB reserve, and K2B8YG get free for other passenges.
I am waiting the refund of the reserve not used to my credit card.
