Realizé un pago por internet en la wb "U.S. Customs and Border protection" por un importe de 129.71 euros, por el tramite ESTA par poder viajar a EEUU, siendo víctima del uso inadecuado de esta web, pagando por un tramite que vale 19 euros. La empresa de esta web confunde, ya que induce al error al consumidor ya que parece que sea una página del gobierno de los EEUU, cuando es una empresa con sede en Gran Bretaña, y no tiene nada que ver con el gobierno de los Estados Unidos, además en el momento de cobro no indican que cantidad se va abonar, lo cual hace que se aprovechen de la gente. Tras mi reclamación a mi banco y a Visa no conseguí que me devolvieran el dinero abonado, por lo cual solicito la devolución del importe abonado.
