Hizo una compra online para 4 productos personalizados. De las 4 cosas, 2 me llegó muy mal hechos pero me llegó. 2 nunca me llegó. Al ponerme en contacto con la tienda, desde el primer momento me piden pagar más dinero. Pagar para recibir cosas que ya he pagado y no he recibido. Estoy solicitando el reembolso para los productos que no me han enviado, pero si que me han cobrado.
