reembolso reserva de asientos

Estimados/as señores/as: Me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque con fecha 2 de Julio de 2026 hice reserva de asientos en su vuelo Madrid Napoles de las 1330 horas con numero de reserva RSM9JS y tras demora de mas de dos horas de salida se procedio al cambio de avion y no se me respeto el numero de los asientos reservados asignandonos manualmente los asientos 17A y 17 E no consecutivos. Les he enviado varias reclamaciones y nunca se han puesto en contacto conmigo SOLICITO la devolucion del importe de dicha reserva que ascendio a 42 euros. Sin otro particular, atentamente.
