Deseamos informarle de que todos los importes abonados por vuelos operados por nosotros no son reembolsables. Esto se esce claramente en el Artículo 10 de nuestras Condiciones Generales de Transporte, aceptadas en el momento de la compra.
No obstante, los cambios en las fechas, rutas, horarios de los vuelos y nombres de los clientes pueden realizarse en línea o contactando con nuestro Departamento de Atención al Cliente antes de la fecha inicial del viaje. En este caso, se aplicarán tasas por cambio y posibles diferencias de tarifa.
Le informamos de que es responsabilidad del pasajero introducir la fecha y/o la ruta correctas en el momento de la compra.
Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, lamentamos informarle de que en este caso no procede el reembolso.
