Nos referimos a la reclamación presentada en nombre de la Sra. Rocio Rodriguez Lopez.
En respuesta a la solicitud de la pasajera, hemos verificado, a través de los documentos adjuntos, que la información proporcionada en relación con su reservación era incorrecta.
Posteriormente, en comunicaciones sucesivas, la pasajera fue informada sobre la reserva CUEFQT, la cual estaba disponible para realizar la facturación dentro de las 24 horas previas a la salida del vuelo.
Deseamos informarle de que los billetes de Ryanair no son reembolsables. Esto está claramente indicado en nuestros Terminos y condiciones, acordados en el momento de la compra:
En vista de lo anterior, no estamos en condiciones de tramitar la solicitud de reembolso.
