Les escribimos en relación a la reclamación presentada por VICTOR SANVICENS
Es posible cambiar el vuelo de Ryanair hasta 2,5 horas antes de la salida programada, pero implica costes. Se aplica una tasa por persona y trayecto, además de la diferencia de tarifa. Si el cambio se realiza dentro de las 24 horas siguientes a la compra, solo se paga la diferencia de precio, sin tasas.
Aspectos Clave para el Cambio de Vuelo:
Plazo: Se puede gestionar hasta 2,5 horas antes de la salida.
Costos: Tasas de cambio + diferencia de tarifa.
Periodo de gracia: Corrección gratuita de errores (fecha/hora) en las primeras 24 horas.
Flexi Plus: Permite cambios en el mismo día del viaje sin tasa de cambio, pagando diferencia tarifaria.
Adicionalmente nos gustaría informarle que los vuelos no son reembolsables, tal y como figura en nuestros Términos y Condiciones, los cuales se acuerdan en el momento de la reserva, concretamente en el artículo 10 de estos:
