Hola, enviamos esta reclamación a SATA Azores Airlines, para solicitar el abono de 682,19 euros que, debido a que nuestros vuelos programados no salieron en la fecha correspondiente, se realizó un gasto extra, con el cual no contábamos, y que la compañía se comprometió a hacerse cargo.Referencia de la reserva: JVMFELItinerario: ISLA DE FLORES -> Lajes, ISLA DE TERCEIRA Número de vuelo: SP0801Dicho vuelo estaba programado para el día 26 de septiembre a las 10:00h de la mañana, no obstante, acabó saliendo dos días más tarde, el 28 de septiembre a las 10:30h, causándonos a nosotros el cobro de 1 noche de hotel en Terceira, el cual no pudimos disfrutar, y un alquiler de coche.Dejar constancia que, entendemos que, por cuestiones meteorológicas, puedan cancelarse los vuelos, no obstante, en esos días, salieron vuelos más temprano que el nuestro, hacia PONTA DELGADA, y por la tarde, el tiempo era óptimo para poder volar, por lo que no contemplamos que NO se nos abone el importe total solicitado.

Hello. we sent this email to SATA Azores Airlines, to request the payment of 682.19 euros, because our scheduled flights did not leave on the corresponding date, an extra expense was incurred, which we did not count on, and which the company promised to take charge.We attach the data so that the request is successful as soon as possible:Booking reference: JVMFELItinerary: FLORES ISLAND -> Lajes, TERCEIRA ISLAND Flight number: SP0801This flight was scheduled for September 26 at 10:00 a.m., however, it ended up leaving two days later, on September 28 at 10:30 a.m., causing us to be charged for 1 hotel night in Terceira, which we were not able to enjoy, and a car rental.Let us note that, we understand that, due to weather conditions, flights may be cancelled, however, on those days, flights left earlier than ours, to PONTA DELGADA, and in the afternoon, the weather was optimal to be able to fly, so We do not contemplate NOT being paid the total amount requested.
