Tal y como se esce en nuestras Condiciones Generales de Transporte, aceptadas en el momento de la reserva, los pasajeros deben realizar el check-in online en www.ryanair.com o en la aplicación de Ryanair a más tardar 2 horas antes de la hora de salida prevista
Concretamente, el check-in online se abre 60 días antes de la hora de salida prevista si los pasajeros han adquirido un asiento asignado. Se puede asignar un asiento a los clientes de forma gratuita si realizan el check-in online entre 24 y 2 horas antes de cada vuelo reservado.
Si los pasajeros no realizan el check-in online más de 2 horas antes de la hora de salida prevista, se les cobrará la tasa de check-in en el aeropuerto escida en nuestra tabla de tarifas.
Según nuestros registros, el pasajero realizó el check-in a las 12:28, mientras que la hora de salida programada del vuelo era a las 13:40. Por lo tanto, el check-in online ya no estaba disponible desde las 11:40.
Por lo tanto, lamentamos informarle de que, en este caso, el pasajero no tiene derecho a obtener el reembolso solicitado, ya que la tasa se aplicó correctamente.
