Hello, I rented a car with Record Go Malaga from 25th to 28th January. Upon arrival, I got a damage sheet from them where all existing damage is marked. Also, I took photographs of the damage. After return of the car, the sent me an invoice with photographs of 2 damages that were not only marked clearly on the damage sheet, but also corresponded with the damage I took on the photographs. I didn´t do any damage to the car and I have double evidence of it. But their customer service does not repond to me. I went to check the public reviews of this company, and to my shock, literally hundreds or thousands of their clients from around the world are reporting the same criminal scheme - charging credit cards for damages that existed before. Someone has to stop this criminal acitvity as people are being systematically tricked and lose their money. I am about to contact Spanish police as well. Maybe there are option to contact some media in Spain. I am in contact with their other clients with similar experience, so that we can proceed together. Please, help! Thank you.
