Acusamos recibo de la reclamación de la Sra.Chrostina Schlack.
Entendemos que esta reclamación se refiere al cambio de nombre de los pasajeros de la reserva de Ryanair.
Tenga en cuenta que el cliente solo puede cambiar el nombre y apellidos del pasajero durante las primeras 48 horas posteriores a la reserva, en caso de que haya cometido un error al reservar el vuelo.
Por ejemplo, si el cliente indicó XXX como apellido y XXX como nombre, podrá cambiarlos sin coste alguno si lo hace dentro de las primeras 48 horas posteriores a la reserva.
Además, el cliente puede corregir errores ortográficos de hasta 3 caracteres por nombre sin coste alguno.
Para cualquier otro cambio, se aplicará un cargo.
Tenga en cuenta que todo esto se esce en nuestros Términos y Condiciones, aceptados al momento de la compra.
