En nombre de Ryanair, lamentamos sinceramente las molestias ocasionadas a los pasajeros del vuelo FR 2513 de MAD a OTP el 30 de abril de 2026.
Les informamos que, tras revisar esta reclamación, hemos decidido proceder a su resolución.
Confirmamos que Ryanair ha autorizado el pago íntegro por transferencia bancaria de 11.50 EUR, en concepto de reembolso de gastos conforme al Reglamento UE 261/2004, como liquidación definitiva de esta reclamación.
Les informamos que, según los pasajeros, solo uno de los tres pasajeros de la reserva no obtuvo el asiento reservado. Confirmamos que los pasajeros que habían reservado los asientos 28D, 28E y 28F fueron finalmente asignados a los asientos 28D, 28E y 1A.
Para procesar el pago, necesitamos los datos bancarios del pasajero, tal y como se indica a continuación:
