Mr. Copa ordered a Wine Aroma Wheel Booklet valued at EUR 30 and instructed to deliver the Booklet to the following address:

We mailed the Booklet on April 28th using Hong Kong Post Tracking Number RE210504017HK

Mr. Copa contacted us saying that he never received his Booklet. We checked and indeed, according to the HK post, the delivery was unsuccessful.
We asked Mr. Copa to verify that he had provided us with the correct delivery address, and he confirmed that it was indeed correct. So, we agreed to send a second Booklet using this time La Poste service in France with tracking number LJ012192121FR

Mr. Copa said he should get refunded because of the time it took for him to receive the Booklet.
According to s:www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois?code=LJ012192121FR the second Booklet was successfully delivered.
The product ordered was delivered at the given address; as such, we refuse to refund Mr. Copa for a product he received.
