Pedido número 33397 efectuado a través de Hipay en Justteck el día 15/1/19. Solicitado reembolso del dinero (299 €) por incumplimiento de contrato. Ni Justteck ni Hipay se hacen cargo de la devolución de mi dinero.

Por favor, ruego que esta situación se aclare de una vez, puesto que ya casi hace un mes que se hizo el pago y ustedes lo cobraron enseguida pero están tardando mucho en devolverlo. En los archivos adjuntos les muestro los mails enviados con toda la documentación, puesto que YA la tienen, pero aun así se la vuelvo a enviar. Necesito ya mi dinero. Gracias
