Estimados/as señores/as:? Me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque el pasado 1 de agosto hice una reserva para un dia y por error se aplico a los 17 dias que estaría en el pais, en el mismo momento me di cuenta y solicite la cancelacion pero la app estaba dando problemas, contacte con el servicio de atencion al cliente via WhatsApp y la misma persona que me atendio intento hacer la cancelacion comprobando que era cierto que habia algun tiepo de error que no lo dejaba realizarlo, tengo toda la conversacion donde en todo memoneto me dan la razon pero despues de 2 meses aun sigo esperando el reembolso de la totalidad cobrada, ya que ni siquiera hice uso del hotel, ni la noche primera que queria contratar SOLICITO la devolucion del importe abonado, ya que segun su politica de devolucion la cancelacion tenia un cargo de una noche, por lo tanto es lo unico que me tendrian que haber retenido, no la totalidad de los 900€.? Sin otro particular, atentamente.
