Hi David,
Thank you for reaching out.
AMP is a digital product, and according to Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right to withdraw from digital downloads ends once you download or start using the product. Our terms of sale, which you agreed to during purchase, also clarify this policy clearly at the top of the page:
s:cubecoders.com/TermsOfSale/AMP.
We noticed you initially opened a dispute stating the software didn't meet your needs. We reached out to better understand your specific concerns and explore possible solutions, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response to our questions from you. Because you did not provide additional details or engage with our attempts to assist, we were unable to consider an exemption from our standard refund policy.
Additionally, as a security measure clearly outlined in our terms, initiating a payment dispute automatically disables the product license to protect against misuse.
We remain open to assisting you further should you choose to engage with us directly to resolve your concerns.
Kind regards,
CubeCoders
