Aunque comprendemos la condición del pasajero y la situación, lamentamos informarle que esta situación no se contempla en el Artículo 10 de nuestros Términos y Condiciones Generales de Transporte.
Le informamos que los billetes de Ryanair no son reembolsables. Esto se indica claramente en nuestros Términos y Condiciones, acordados al momento de la compra.
Los cambios de fechas, rutas, horarios y nombres de los pasajeros pueden realizarse en línea o contactando con nuestro Departamento de Atención al Cliente antes de la fecha inicial del viaje. Se aplicarán cargos por cambio y posibles diferencias de tarifa.
En vista de lo anterior y de acuerdo con nuestros Términos y Condiciones, acordados al momento de la compra (Artículo 10 - Reembolsos), en este caso no corresponde el reembolso.
