Estimados/as señores/as: En fecha 18.09.2023 adquirí en su Nothing Hongkong Ltd su Ear(2( CHargin Case por 76EUR.Adjunto los siguientes documentos:?[enumerar documentación que se aporta: p.ej. factura, albarán, mail de compra] El producto ha resultado?defectuoso?durante el?plazo legal de la garantía. Puestos en contacto con el vendedor, se me deniega la garantía. El uso que se ha hecho ha sido absolutamente?adecuado?y conforme al esperado y, el daño o defecto producido, ha tenido lugar en el plazo legal de garantía previsto.
