Problema con entrega y reembolso

Buenos días,Realicé un pedido el día 14/02/2023.El día 28/02/2023 he recibido unos calcetines, he indicado de este problema y me han comentado que eso es un regalo que el mueble está en reparto pero no tengo número de seguimiento para el mueble.Me han dicho que me llegaría el pedido entre 15 o 20 días hábiles pero no he recibido nada y al pedir devolución me dicen que sólo me la harán en cuento entregue el paquete, un paquete que nunca me llegará. Espero que se revise bien esta tienda online para evitar más fraudes.Un saludo,

Llevo desde el día 14 de febrero intentando aclarar el tema.Primero que mi pedido fuera enviado que esperara por el nº de seguimiento en cuanto entrase en nuestro país.Al pasar los 20 días laborales que me indicaron que esperara me dijeron que esperase un poco más que podía haber retrasos.Volví a solicitar reembolso integro me dijeron que aduanas me parara el pedido, que iban a mirar ellos sino que mirase yo de pagar algo del cual no tengo ni información del envíó.Más tarde que me devolvian el 15%, después el 50% y ahora el 60% pero tengo que devolver un regalo que no solicité y correr yo con más gastos.Como os indiqué hoy quiero el reembolso integro o que os dejaba los gastos de envíó para vosotros por enviarme un obsequio.He visto en muchos foros e incluso por aquí que hay muchas personas que le sucede lo mismo con vuestros productos y espero que todos podamos recuperar nuestro dinero después del fraude de unos muebles que nunca llegaron.
