Hello, £33.00 was charged my credit card, I requested cancel the order but the payment continues in progress . I request this pay is canceled so I can get my money. Thanks

The customer has NOT been charges and has been told this! There was a pre-authorisation at the point of order that will disappear in a day or so as the order has been cancelled.
