As I indicated in an email, I have already received the refund for the cancelled reservation at Numa in Oslo.
However, and to my surprise, a depreciation of 9.95% has been applied. I paid 711 euros and I have received 641.02 euros, an amount that in no way corresponds to what I should have been returned.
On the other hand, I consider fair to apply the currency exchange rate of the day the cancellation of the reservation was confirmed, July 23, and not the exchange rate corresponding to August 22, which is the date on which it was finally processed .
Sincerely, I expected from you not only what is fair, that is, the refund of the amount paid, but also a goodwill gesture after so many errors and such disastrous management.
I hope for a rectification on your part before being forced to write a negative review for your management. I don't like writing reviews on establishments because I think that, in most cases, they are based on subjective assessments by customers, but this is a very different and objectively demonstrable case.
