Hola, realicé un pedido por error en la web de Miravia por la compra de un producto con importe de 1398,99€. Intenté cancelar automáticamente la compra pero el sistema ya no me lo permitió, me puse en contacto con Atención al cliente inmediatamente y su respuesta fue que cuando me llegara al domicilio iniciara el proceso de devolución y que una vez recibido en su almacén me emitirían el reembolso a mi cuenta. Realicé paso a paso lo indicado por Atención al cliente, yo recibí el articulo el 21 de marzo de 2024 y lo envié de regreso a la tienda el mismo día, la tienda lo recibió en su almacén el 23 de marzo de 2024 pero a día de hoy 19 de mayo de 2024 sigo sin recibir el reembolso de mi dinero (1398,99€). He abierto diversas reclamaciones en Miravia y siempre me dicen lo mismo ´´que en unos 10 días se hará efectivo el reembolso´´ pero NUNCA SE HACE EFECTIVO EL REEMBOLSO. He puesto denuncia a través de mi banco para reclamar ese importe, he enviado diversos emails tanto al vendedor, a la web Miravia y a través de OCU. A día de hoy pasados casi 3 meses sigo sin respuesta y sin mi dinero... Solo me queda la opción de denunciar vía Judicial aunque preferiría que esto se solucionara de una forma mas rápida. A fin de cuentas solo quiero recuperar mi dinero ya que el producto fue devuelto intacto, sin abrir y en perfectas condiciones a la tienda y seguramente ya estará a vendido a otro cliente.

Ya os he enviado varios emails a direcciones de correo distintas para solucionar este problema y nunca he recibido respuesta ni solución por vuestra parte. Ruego que me realicéis el reembolso que me pertenece o me veré obligada a denunciaros judicialmente.
