I can see from our records that your return parcel reached the couriers main hub in Germany on the 29thDecember2023.Parcels are then prepared for onward shipping back to our warehouse. Once received in our warehouse our returns team start working on processing the returned parcel to issue the refund.Your parcel was prepared for onward shipping on the 16thJanuary and I expect that it will be received into our warehouse imminently.
