Problema con el reembolso

Hola.ME inscribí en la página My Heritage. Tenía un periodo de prueba 14 días. Intenté que cancelar la suscripción pero me enviaba siempre a la misma página. (https://www.myheritage.es/contact)Me terminaron cobrando su importe: 120.40€Me he intentado ponerme en contacto con ellos a través de su página, de correo, de teléfono 900 838 969 (que solo te habla una máquina dirigiéndote a la página web).. y ¡nada!Estoy un poco desesperado porque ahora mismo no puedo asumir este importe (de ahí mi baja de la plataforma)
