La reserva la hicimos a través de Flightfinder, aunque la compañía aérea era Turkish Airlines.Turkish Airlines permite cancelar los vuelos con reembolso total del dinero por causa del COVID, por lo que hicimos la solicitud a Flightfinder el 05/08/2020. Tras insistir varias veces por correo, Flightfinder nos contestó el 05/03/2021, 7 meses después, que nos enviarían el dinero cuando Turkish Airlines les hubiera hecho la devolución a ellos.Tras volver a recordárselo, el 02/06/21 recibimos la misma respuesta.Casi UN AÑO DESPUÉS, seguimos sin tener nuestro reembolso.Por favor, completad el reembolso.BelénENGLISHHello,Last August 2020, we cancelled a flight to Georgia due to COVID restrictions.
