Hello, I acquired a shuttle coach service from Suntransfers.cpm (https://www.suntransfers.com). No confirmation was received until I proactively contacted Suntransfers to enquire about the pick-up time. I asked Suntransfers to send me a confirmation email. The pick-up location stated in the confirmation email and booking voucher(received on 27 Oct) clearly that was my hotel and the pick-up time was 15:35, 28 Oct. the email also included the hyperlink, which also indicated the exact location was my hotel. (please see attached). The conformation and updated voucher are also a legal document & contract that formally inform their customer. On 28 Oct 13:35, I wtsapp Suntransfers as I can't find their shuttle. Their staff told me that the pick-up point should be another location, where the WALKING distance from the original pick-up point about 5mins. Therefore, I couldn’t catch the shuttle. I have complained to Suntransfers with my solid evidence but Suntransfers insist not to refund.
